CARPETS. Vacuumed & professionally cleaned. Attention required to the edges/under furniture/doors/cupboards.

WOODEN/FINISH FLOORING. Cleaned & polished, scuff marks removed

VINYL/TILES. Washed & polished.

WALLS/SOCKETS/LIGHT SWITCHES. Dusted & wiped clean. Cobwebs/finger/rub marks removed.

CEILING / COVING. Cobwebs removed

WOODWORK. Door architrave/doors/ picture rails/dado rails/skirting/window frames/sills. - Washed & clean/rub marks removed

LIGHTING. Clean including shades.

WINDOWS. Glazing both sides, cleaned/polished.

CURTAINS/PELMETS/TIE BACKS. Vacuumed & professionally clean.

SOFT FURNISHINGS. Wash/clean and vacuumed.

LINEN. Washed & ironed, stain free. (Placed in location/list on inventory).


BATHS/W.C'S/BIDET/SHOWER CUBICLES. Remove lime scale/water marks. Buff the finish.

TAPS/PLUG HOLES. Remove lime scale/water marks. Buff the finish.

SHOWER SCREENS/DOORS/TILES. Remove lime scale/water marks. Buff the finish.

MIRRORS/GLASS. Clean & buff the finish.

EXTRACTORS. Ensure that the filter is clean/fins clean.


TAPS/PLUG HOLES. Remove lime scale/water marks. Buff the finish.

Fridge/Freezer: Defrost, clean inside & out, including water dispenser/ice maker. Doors to be left open-appliance switched off.

Dishwasher/Washing Machine: Clean inside & out. Soap dispenser tray clean. Rubber seals clean. Lime scale cleaning cycle to remove scale.

Tumble Dryer: Clean inside & out. Filter clean.

Oven / Hob / Extractor: Professionally clean i.e. Oven/hob/grill pan/racks inside & out. Burnt on grease removed. Extractor filters replaced.


Retain all cleaning receipts as proof of cleaning. Forward copies to the Agent or Landlord only.
